Welcome to St John the Divine! We gather to worship at 11:00 am every Sunday, with nursery and Sunday School during the school yearr.
The people of St. John's gather every week to worship as Christians and Anglicans. Our preaching reflects a strong emphasis on connecting the word of God to our human conditions. The worship services follow an ordered liturgy, encouraging every one to participate and sing joyfully as a community of faith. We pray that our people will be inspired by God's Spirit to act out our beliefs in our daily lives.
Prayer for St John the Divine:
Most merciful Father, we beseech you to send down your blessings upon your community of St. John the Divine, that its members may work in unity and Godly love to support your ministry. Enlighten us as we learn to know you and praise you better. May your strength pilot us. May your power preserve us. May your wisdom instruct us. May your hand direct us. Help us to build up your household as the church of the Living God, the pillar and ground of your truth. We pray in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
